It is our mission that all information on this website is as accurate and up to date as possible, and that all products promoted cause no harm to our customers or the environment. However, due to the possibility of human and technical error, Tocara Skin & Body Science accepts no responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of information provided on the website. Neither can we accept responsibility for any adverse reactions that any of our products may cause. While we have taken every reasonable measure to ensure that the products promoted on this website are of the highest quality and safety, the recommendations on this site are not the advice of a medical practitioner. We therefore advise the consultation of a medical practitioner if there is ever any doubt as to the use of our products.


Returns Policy

We trust you are happy with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return the item in its original condition for a full refund within 10 working days from delivery provided that you tell us within 2 working days after the day on which you received the products that you intend to return the item.

Tocara Skin & Body Science office hours are:

Monday to Thursday, hours 9.00am to 5.00pm – excluding South African public holidays.  Friday, hours 9.00am to 3.00pm

Reasons for Returns:



Our courier company require notification within 24 hours of delivery of any damaged in transit goods for insurance claim purposes. In this instance due to time restrictions please email: orders@drhauschka or telephone +27-21-702 3617. We will arrange a re-send.

We will arrange courier collection of the incorrect product and send out the correct product.
All returns must be in their original packaging and original condition.



We offer a full refund and product return within 10 days of delivery. This information is sent to WALA, who produce Dr.Hauschka Skin Care.
We will require proof of a Doctor’s certificate.
We will arrange courier collection of the product.
Please note that the item(s) must be returned within 10 working days of delivery of the goods to you; return is the customer’s responsibility. A refund will be issued once the product is back at Tocara Skin & Body Science’s offices.

You may return most new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).




Delivery via courier has two advantages:

  1. It is faster
  2. Your order is delivered straight to your door, so you do not need to go and collect it.

We offer a flat shipping rate of R180 per order under the value of R1800.



We take your privacy very seriously and any information you provide us with will be kept in the strictest confidence. We will never give, sell or otherwise disclose your information to anyone without your consent.
